GPHQ are delighted to announce the third WA Doctor Soccer Carnival!

Saturday November 6th 2021 from 2pm – 6pm, Nedlands Rugby Club

This will be a friendly 5-a-side-soccer competition at  the beautiful riverside location of Charles Court Reserve, with a BBQ and celebratory drinks for all participants and spectators at the conclusion of the sporting endeavours.

Teams of GPs and other Specialists are invited to register and take part in what will be a fun and sociable day and evening. Get your colleagues together and pit your skills against doctors from across the state.

Who? GPs, GP Registrars and Specialists. All ages and abilities. Men. Women (goals worth 2!)

How Many? With 5 players on the pitch at a time and rolling subs, you will want a squad of 6 or more, depending on fitness and enthusiasm! All players must be medical doctors  – predominantly fellowed GPs and other Specialists. Maximum of 2 registrars allowed per squad. Individuals are also welcome to register by contacting admin@gphq.com.au – we will add you to a team.

For What? Fun. Glory. Bonding. Meeting other colleagues. To inscribe your team name on the WA Doctor Soccer Cup!

What Else? Small pitches, referees, minimum 4 matches per team, followed by semis and grand final. Refreshments. Shades and seats for spectators. Cafes and playground nearby. Photographer for team photos and action shots with images sent to you post-tournament. Post-tournament BBQ and drinks by the river. Watch out for upcoming announcements of other features and competitions to be run on the day.

How Much? $200 registration per team. Payment required to secure a place. Al entry fees will be donated to charity
