Ann Halbert: I have suggested Pevaryl foaming lotion for three consecutive nights and then one sachet per night.  He can also use Selsun Gold shampoo and massage it into his chest and shoulders at least once weekly. If this combination is not sufficient, then I will give him pulsed oral fluconazole.
